Role: UX Designer and Lead Client Advocate for the metrics dashboard, guiding teams to improve product and UX scores through user feedback.
Impact Overview:
- Guided 30+ teams in setting up effective feedback surveys, where participating teams not only significantly improved their NPS scores but also enhanced their user sentiment.
- Redesigned internal tools to meet modern design and accessibility standards.

What I do at IBM: As part of IBM's CIO Design team, I work collaboratively across teams to improve our internal products. From legacy tools to new initiatives, I have guided design workshops and conducted user research making internal products more effective and user-friendly.
